Trevor Meader
Club Secretary – UEFA B Coach

Trevor Meader is a UEFA B licensed coach with over 23 years’ experience in academy and grassroots football, specialising in the foundation phase (U6–U12).

He has held senior roles at Crystal Palace FC Academy and has founded and developed successful grassroots programmes at AFC Kingston Youth and NexGen FC, helping establish them as leading clubs in South London. Trevor has supported multiple players on to professional academy pathways, bringing deep expertise in talent identification and long-term player development.

His coaching philosophy combines structure, intensity and creativity, producing teams that are disciplined defensively and confident in possession. Guided by the FA Four Corner Model and informed by experience coaching abroad at Ajax and in Tenerife, Trevor delivers a player-first approach focused on technical excellence, decision-making and personal growth. He is equally committed to developing young coaches and creating high-performance environments where players can thrive both on and off the pitch.
