Barry joined NexGen in April 2025 and has quickly developed into a confident, committed youth coach with a strong passion for helping young players grow. Before coaching, he worked with the youth charity SportsFun4All, supporting children through football-based programmes and youth work — an experience that shaped his people-first, nurturing approach on the pitch.

Since arriving at NexGen, Barry has embraced the club’s high coaching standards, learning through observation, collaboration, and continuous feedback. His willingness to grow, adapt, and improve has seen him progress rapidly as a coach. Barry brings enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine care for player development, ensuring every child feels valued, supported, and inspired during their football journey.
